Hydroxyzine hydrochloride 25mg, does anyone take this & if you do how long does it take before the sedative effect kicks in!?

No I don't take the drug and certainly didn't know that it was used for Anxiety.
As it is a antihistamine then the onset of action should be almost immediate....certainly within 48 hours maximum.

Its been prescribed for an allergy not anxiety
