Go to the Settings page, General/Software Updates and see if you are running the latest version of IOS installed or not.

Thanx apple guy. I’m not great on iPad. Yet I send msges an emogies which Look good to me but then it’s half a msg an no imogis to the people I’m sending to. I look a right banana.
