Back ache at waist level also feels like it come round the front as well. Any ideas?

I should add I have Osteoporosis, but I told that this doesn't cause pain.

No idea with prognosis, but you may get some relief from hot water bottle or heat spray.

Whoever told you that osteoporosis doesn't cause pain is wrong....it does.
Not enough information given about your pain to arrive at a definitive diagnosis, BUT if the pain is worse on movement but relieved by rest then Osteoporosis should be the first diagnosis to be considered.

Thank you Sqad, Yes the pain is worse with movement and rest does help. Its well over two years since my bone scan and diagnosis perhaps I need another or xray to determine if the situation has deteriorated.
