Is it better to use a cold or hot compress to ease knee joint pain(not muscle pain)? Thanks.

It really doesn't matter....your choice....hot OR cold.
personally I wouldn't use a compress, I would take an anti-inflammatory drug e.g Ibuprofen.

Thanks Sqad!
Hot would be more comforting, I would think. Hope you can get some relief soon.

Thanks Pat,so do I.
My choice for comfort is hot.

Am waiting for Key-hole Surgery on both knees, 3 to 5 week lay-up for each one, but while I'm caring for Kate it's not going to happen.
That'll teach me not to keep throwing myself out of perectly good planes.

Perfectly . . . . . . . ^^^^^^^ :-(
.... or off ladders!!!! (legs it PDQ)

Where'd he go ???
Nowt to do with planes or ladders, baldric. I think it's too much knee trembling;-)
