instead of it lasting a few minutes or a few hours lasted a few seconds and instead of a weight over me there was physical pain I have neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome and my pain was amplified, it felt like I was getting shots, and it felt like my finger was about to explode. A/N there was no category that worked

It doesn’t sound like sleep paralysis to me.

you can sometimes get pain associated with sleep paralysis. Have you asked your doctor?
