I suffer from chronic headaches for the last 5 years. I have had every treatment I can find and spent thousands of pounds. The latest is nerve damage from a dentist in the 1960 s. A friend has suggested a product called CBD capsules from Holland and Barrett which is derived from Canabis but with the psychedelic stuff taken out. Has anyone heard of this or tried it.?

There have been many threads on here about it Linda, works for some and not for others - often it's suggested to source it elsewhere better and cheaper maybe.
Have you been ever prescribed gabapentin Linda?
have you had assistance from an NHS Chronic pain clinic?

Gabapentin, like all the other Neurology tablets did not work. I had a nerve block done by the Consultant in the Pain Clinic just after Christmas last year. I was in agony afterwards and had to be given liquid morphine! I've even had 32 Botox injections in my head to no avail.
I'm so sorry to hear that Linda. What a nightmare for you. Worth trying the CBD capsuels then..x
Sorry to hear this Linda, I always enjoy your jokes posts. If you can get it in H and B it can't do you much harm, worth a try. Good luck.
A couple of thoughts my brother had appalling cluster headaches and found some limited benefit from sumatriptan injections but more so from Oxygen therapy. I've no idea if you've tried these but worth a go x
Have you tried Topiramate? I was prescribed it by my neurologist for Migraines and Cluster headaches. It is actually an anti seizure medication but it was worked wonders for me. I take that with amitryptaline to help me sleep and I have not been as badly effected by migraines as I once was.
