"Which should I tackle first?"

That is your question? One choice only?.......LOL

OK.........BP.
I would say weight - blood pressure may improve once the weight comes down depending on how overweight you are.
Firstly eliminate salt and sugar from your diet which should hasten weight loss and improve your BP.

Hey presto!
Control the BP..then sugar..the others may follow with choice changes.
Tackle all at the same time.

Improve your diet and get some exercise.

(Oh and pack in the fags)
Hoppy

"Tackle all at the same time. "

That is not an option...read the question.
I've read it again, and don't see why he can't tackle all at the same time.

The fags went 30 years ago
I’m 14 stone and bp was 147
Cholesterol was 10.74
BP, cholesterol, sugar (unless you are diabletic) in which case I would do that before the cholesterol, weight
Sucralose, statins, trainers, scales and a diary.
BP is not HUGELY high (what's the bottom figure?). I would start with sugar - cutting that will help with weight, which helps with everything, including BP. At the same time, it's very easy to cut salt (just don't add it when you are cooking; a couple of weeks and you won't be able to stand the stuff, I promise)and add in rather more exercise - just going for walks will help. If you already walk, walk a bit further.
OK so your cholesterol is very high. Mine was high. I have had a smoothie with avocado every morning for about a year and cholesterol has plummeted. Is this something you could try.
Question Author
I can’t abide avocados- I usually have porridge with skimmed and approx 6 prunes (bone density) on Saturday I have two slices of fruit toast with benecol
jakep - what do you put in your smoothie with the avocado
When it comes to Breakfast, ditch the toast, cereal and fruits and load up on eggs instead.

Eggs burn fat, specifically belly fat! Also, studies have concluded that dietary cholestetol does not affect your cholesterol.

I eat eggs and cheese in abundance and I've never had raised cholesterol.

Carbs are your worst enemy.
+1 for what Nom said.
Eggs are a complete food...highly nutritious.
JJ, always a banana and a couple of figs. Sometimes porridge oats, sometimes kale, blueberries, raspberries etc
Eggs don't burn fat. You need to grow muscle mass to burn fat and eggs might contribute to that being that they are a protein but so would other proteins. Carbs would also help grow muscle mass because they provide the fuel to the muscles so that they can exercise and thus grow and use more calories
I'm on amlodopine tablets for my blood pressure.
