That's that then. Thank you, Bednobs.
Good grief, is nothing sacred on this site? People seem to happily discuss all their medical problems with fellow posters when they would be better contacting their GP. End of rant.
put me right off my tea an toast x
No - it indicates what you have eaten recently - nothing more than that.

For goodness sake. It's a valid question.
Question Author
Thank you, Andy.
It's a perfectly valid question Tilly and in the correct topic, take no notice.

Make a mental note of colour etc just in case things don't clear up and you need to see someone about it.

I'm fine now, Mamya, having sought medical attention. Thank you.

Glad you feel better tilly x
Depends what you mean by diarrhea.
Yes.....if does....the colour of loose stools may well be an indicator of probable cause......e.g yellowish....Pancreatic disease......pale loose stools....gall bladder disease.....watery stools...food poisoning and so on and so on........very important diagnostic symptom.

Thank you, Sqad.

I'm fine, Volty.
Good to hear Tilly.

I did have amoebic dysentery. Thankfully, I'm over the worst.
Out of politeness I shall refrain from remarking that this is a load of ****!

How unnecessarily rude you are, Jack. (Unless you are trying to be amusing.)
Of course I'm being amusing. I don't mock others' afflictions.
Question Author
That's good.
Question Author
The reason I was asking about colour was that I had two bouts of illness.
The first, diagnosed and treated as dysentery, produced a totally different colour from the second bout. The second bout was undiagnosed.

I think I may have contracted two separate bugs.
