I passed out and cracked my head on a concrete concourse on sunday - I am still suffering headaches is this normal?
I have been to hospital and have since been to a nurse and a gp but the damn headaches are not going - how much longer do I leave it before going back?

Unless the headaches get worse, or you become drowsy, or you start to feel nauseous and vomiting occurs.........no need to go back. Just take the usual Ibuprofen.

Did you have x rays?

It could be normal and settle soon, but if in doubt seek more help.

Any vision disturbance?

No xrays taken
not blurred as such but more dependant on glasses than I have been before
Might be worth having another word if there's no real improvement.

As Sqad said, but for guidance, symptoms of concussion are here.

Remember it does not always come on immediately, there can be a delay before you show any symptoms.
having head cracked on a concrete is nothing closer to normal. you should go for a proper x ray so that your gp will be clear about your condition and chances of any issue will be neglected.
