Don't fight it- if you aren't going to sleep, get up and do something else. Until the depression is retreated, the symptoms are going to come back xx

Hi Nailit, didn't the Mertazapine help you sleep at one time?
Double snap! I was bought a Fitbit for my birthday and it can monitor your sleep. I took my iPad (with the Fitbit app downloaded) to show my doctor and he simply didn’t believe that I survived on so little sleep. Some nights were just 40 mins.

Did you notice a difference in your sleeping habits when on or off the drink?
It seems so many people suffer with insomnia these days. Some say computers, i phones, laptops and the like affect our brain which disrupt our sleep processes.

40 mins Smow?
Was that all night?
I also heard a doctor on TV saying if anyone has anemia, that can disrupt ones sleep. Never knew that.
My son wears orange-tinted glasses in the evenings to shut out the blue lightwaves in screens and domestic lighting that disturb sleep.
Might be worth a try.
Does it work for him Cloverjo?
