It was in an old first aid kit and I've never had cause to use it until now. I'll use it just once tonight and bin it tomorrow and get some more.

I wouldn't use it. It may be fine but if you actually need some antiseptic, what's the point of using one that might well not work properly?

Its antiseptic so its not going to go off. I would use it no problem.

the question isn't whether it's gone off (unlikely if it's never been opened), just whether it will still work. It's not like wondering if a biscuit has lost its taste: antiseptic is something with a practical purpose, and if it's lost its efficacy, you might as well use shoe polish. If you've actually got a cut or graze to deal with, chances are new Savlon will work better than antique Savlon.
