brought accuratus monster 2 keyboard as have eyesight problems brought ps/2 adapter windows 10 will not recongise it,before I brought it the reviews said it was okay. any advise will be well received. I'm 74 and desparate. simple instruction please thanking you

The description I read says it's a USB keyboard, why are you using a PS/2 adapter, just plug it into a USB port and try it.

PS2 ports are not hot pluggable, so you must shut down the computer before connecting to them, or the keyboard won't be recognised, but as Fitzer says, you can plug it straight into a USB port.
