Hi All Have Had A Hack/ Scab Up My Nose For About 3/4 Weeks

Don't feel it warrants a doc appointment tried sudcreme etc but won't heal up? Any advice?

I believe cuts in the corner of the mouth which don't easily heal are caused by a lack of Vit B / riboflavin, I heard recently. Maybe take a multivitamin and eat more fortified cereal- it may help?

There is a condition called atrophic rhinitis which is manifested by scabs in the nose and is more common in Irish females.

Well from all your comments concerning the appearance, it sounds like...acute nasal vestibulitis. Naseptin cream is a good call from Barsel which can be bought over the counter, but my choice would be to remove the scab, clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and then apply chloromycetin ophth to the area twice daily, which also, I think, can be bought from the chemist.

Well sqad, I'm delighted I did ask now, as you know, maybe you don't, I'm an Irish female - I never knew there was such a thing ahhhh I so hope i don't ever get it, I never had a hack. Hi all tried at chemist for Naseptin nasal cream but need pre scrip . going to Almeria on wed can I buy something over there ? Sqad

alinic...yes, you should be able to buy both naseptin and chloromycetin oph ( yes that IS for eyes, but will work for noses as well)
I think that the names are the same in Spanish.
