Do you know what is causing it? It may be diet or allergy related for instance. Mine is allergy related and I use four options. The first is Sterimar which is a saline nasal spray. I add in Beconase nasal spray to decongest if needed. If I have got face pain and headache with it, then I take an oral decongestant/painkiller mix instead of the Beconase and if its hay fever with itchy running eyes as well then I use an antihistamine tablet instead of the decongestant/painkiller.
yes, put a wheelie bin in front of it.

Woof. I only get sinus problems after a heavy cold. I'm trying to avoid going to the doctors as they'll put me on antibiotics, which I try to avoid.
This is the one that my Son takes. He had a couple of operations on his sinuses when he was young. These seem to work for him.

If your only problem is nasal...blockage, discharge or headache, then Otrivine nasal spray or Ephedrine nasal spray will reduce the blockage and Tablets of Ibuprofen will relieve your headache.

Did you try Sudafed? I often get sinus problems rather than a normal cold but can't take Sudafed - they make be feel like I'm plugged into an electric socket.
Question Author
I didn't take Sudafed, prudie. I took sqads advice with the nasal spray and pain killers.
Did it work? Are you unblocked?
Question Author
They aren't blocked, tilly. I'm mucus free for about 2hrs, then they decide to empty themselves... I won't go into details :-/
