Do something JJ likes doing. Listening to music, puzzles, making cakes etc. Or just curling up on settee and watch a good DVD, preferably comedy. Eat well and drink lots of water.

I would never burden any of them with my issues, not that I have many, usually just when I'm over worked.
Most here probably won't understand unless they have worked or had a lot of experience with dementia.
Share you're sentiments R.

Gin and Tonic.
