I blush a lot, and there is nothing I hate more than people telling me I'm blushing!

I find that trying to not think about the redness and focusing on something else helps a little.

There is a small operation that they can perform to stop it completely.  If it is making your life miserable you might want to ask your GP about it.

thanks. It makes you go red even more when people tell u you are goin red! then they start lafin! Grr.

Matt

I find the best way to deal with that is to tell them that you know you are blushing and being told about it really doesn't help.

Makes them look like idiots and they tend not to do it again!

Good luck!

Thanks for the advice!

It's natural.

If you try and stop it, it will just happen even more.

Welcome it and you'll stop caring about it and you'll probably not go red.

Some people THINK they're going red, when it's just the rush of blood going to their face... Sometimes it doesn't LOOK red but if you think it is then it will make it more red.
yea i find it is ok untill someone points it out and then you just want to curl up and die.i think you don't blush as  much when you are older though   ,i can't remember when i blushed last ,mind you i am way past middle age. or it may be that the older you get the less you care.
I think it all stems from anxiety, the more you worry the more you blush, it's catch 22
