These are my problem areas! I go to the gym 3-4 times a week.. But want some good at home exercises for these areas. Any advice please :)

All you can do is exercise to tone up. You can't target weight loss...mores the pity.
You could try using a hula hoop
If that is where you body wishes to store fat then there is little you can do about it, save perhaps liposuction. Best you make the most of what shape you naturally are.
To tighten your six-pack here's an easy exercise you can do anywhere(I do men sitting erect.Pull your stomach in towards the back,then tense the muscles(as if expecting a punch) and breathe out.Do as many repetitions as you feel comfortable with.I usually do 5 sets of 10 repetitions.It won't get rid of the fat but it will not sag as much.
