A dear friend has been diagnosed with endometrial cancer. It was at stage 4 by the time she had a diagnosis after a hysterectomy, and she's been told after her last scan that it's terminal. The cancer is also on her lungs and lymph glands. She's obviously spoken to the experts at the hospital, also to someone from the hospice. She has opted NOT to have chemotherapy, but to enjoy the time she has left. I don't like to ask her how long she has. Realistically how long does she have?
