Spots Under Skin Due To Sunbeds..how To Get Rid Of Them ?

ive got 2 massive pussy spots under my skin under lip area, i notice anytime i get a sunbed this happens, maybe they are not cleaning them properly whatever.

how do i get rid of these, no heads on them , they are well below the skin but i can see and feel them.

A bit alarmist but if you had teeny little cuts on your face from shaving it could be staph infection
