I am trying to help to fill in a renewal for brothers blue badge. Can anyone help it says how many metres can he walk and how long does it take? Some days he can walk quite a bit next day maybe not at all depending on inflammation in joints. Anyone help as to what metres I put in this is a nightmare filling in all these pages, he never had this before and has had a badge for years.

well, you should put what things are like on his worst day.
Fill the form in giving details of how he is on his very worse day.

Someone may be able to help you with metres.

That is what I thought bednobs thank you.
Same as Tilly - and Giggsie, forget about it.
^^^ Don't know how this got onto here - wrong thread, but I'll swear I was reading another, sorry!
The rules changed last year regarding qualifying for a blue badge, it was because people who had had them for a temporary illness just had automatic renewal and didn't own up. As for your form put the distance your brother can walk on his worst days, you have to put his GP's name on the form and some of them are checked, his GP may help if it worries you. Don't worry , the authorities are trying to cut out the cheat says.
The guy across the way from me has a blue badge, no way Is he disabled, he is 66 and since he lost his wife (7 years ago) he has been on mission to shag every woman he can find.

Thank you. He has always had to apply to renew I think if you have a benefit you automatically get your badge. He has no benefits only badge. I will do my best to fill it in.
Just lie and lay it on thick like many do to get a blue badge
You have to put how he is on the very worst days.
These days all renewals are treated as a new claim so the form is the same for everyone. As others have said just put down details of his bad days But don't forget they often check with their own GP.
