Trying To Color Hair With Limited Products??

Hi, I have a quick question about what I can do with coloring and bleaching/lifting the color up. I have dark blondish tips and I have a bubblegum pink hair dye I got from Sally's Beauty Supply. I also have 20 and 30 volume developer and some extra color zap activator. I don't have any powder bleach or anything.. I looked up to see what I could possibly do to color and or brighten or anything and I can't find a direct answer. SO. I was wondering, can I mix my pink hair dye with the 20 or 30 volume developer or the color zap activator? I've been trying to get different colors in my hair for months now. Thanks.
