I have always done exercising and always been fine but last time I did aerobic exercises I got pressure in my back and felt I couldn't breathe, so I have given exercise a rest for a couple of days but I am finding my back hurts even when I try to lift a heavy saucepan, my husband says it's muscle strain....it's starting to get to me...

\\\ my husband says it's muscle strain...\\\
