Clarins makes my eyes sting, I use Vaseline or baby oil but I tend to have bags under eyes so perhaps they are too heavy. I like oily remover if possible though.

Madame swears by Floracil by Gatineau. Very effective but gentle (she says)
I have to be careful what I use but find that Eye Make Up remover by Clinique. Leaves it feeling very soft.
I like The Body Shop chamomile eyemake up remover. It's very refreshing.
Dermalogica is the best one. Its costly, but goes a long way. The idea is that you wet/dampen your cotton wool before adding a few drops of gel on it then wipe eyes clean. This way it does not matter which one you use, they are all very effective this way. My friend wears contact lenses and she swears by the boots own make.
L'oreal Absolute makeup remover for lips and eyes.
Takes off waterproof,very gentle.

Also Super facialist vitamin c skin renew cleansing oil. Removes everything...smells divine.

Boots No7 make up remover wipes. Cost £7 for 30 but if you use the £5 off voucher they always give you, only cost £2 - excellent value & they are very soft on the skin.
I swear by the L'Oreal Absolute that Pasta recommends. It`s the only solution that removes waterproof mascara without completely drying up the skin in the eye area.
I use Johnson and Johnson. Face wipes for face and eyes.

Thanks everyone, I should mention my eyes are very sensitive, I need something fragrance free... Are any of the above fragrance free?
The L'Oreal says its for sensitive eyes,and is "tested under opthalmological control"
I have sensitive eyes and have used Avon Conditioning Eye Make-up Remover Lotion for years. No matter what the claims on eye products are you have to be careful, don't rub hard and always use a dampened cotton pad to gently wipe make up away.
