What Are They Looking For?

I went to see my doctor a few days ago just for a regular appointment I have. I already suffer with CFS, PMR, depression and because of the anti-depressants I take I tend to get acid reflux, but I mentioned to the doctor that in the last 3 weeks or so I felt something was stuck behind my breastbone. When I take my nightly medication it does feel that the tablet is getting stuck there and then for about 2 hours afterwards I burp and can taste the tablet in my mouth.

She referred me to the hospital and yesterday I had a camera down my throat and they took a biopsy of something. The last blood test I had done (about 6 weeks ago) showed some new abnormalities with kidney and liver functions. Now I've got it into my head that this may be something fairly big, does anyone have any ideas on what I could expect from the biopsy?

Thanks for your help in advance.
