I have had a problem with my left shoulder now for several years I have had 3 injections into it and it goes away for a while but then it comes back with a vengance!! Today I was out in very cold weather for 3 hours handing out leaflets and now the pain is really bad and I am wondering if it was caused by the really cold weather??

gordie - I have suffered with shoulder pain from Oct last year and have started private physio last Tuesday with recommendations from others. Please seek some physio - it does help in the long run also am doing exercises in the house - hence all this typing hhahhah - am going now - gotta get this house done - see you tomorrow some time bye for now - as Sqad would say take some 500mgs Ibrufen in the meantime.
