All of a sudden, I appear to have a mouth full of ulcers. I have 6 in total.
They're not painful at all. More annoying than anything.
They don't feel like 'normal' ulcers, they are small and very hard.

What causes ulcers and what gets rid of them?

A quick answer.........they don't sound like ulcers to me.

Commonest cause of mouth ulcers....aphthous ulcers.....cortisone is effective.

Nothing sinister comes to mind in your case.

Monitor the situation.

What do you mean they don't sound like ulcers???? :/
What do they sound like?

Thanks for responding, Sqad :-)
\\\ small and very hard. \\\

\\They're not painful at all.\\

Those descriptions are not my idea of ulcers.

They're not blood blisters are they?

They can pop up instantaneously, and tend to do so when you're run down.
I am more impressed with the diagnosis of NoMercy.
Why thank you, my love.

DT, thanks for the link, but they are not painful.

Thanks also to NoM. How would I know if they are blood blisters? I can't really see them very well.
Got a cocktail stick? Lol

Arghh!

Actually, I said earlier that they almost felt like zits. Minging.
try salt water gargle followed by plain water to clear salt taste, once is enough to cure infection
When you touch them with your tongue, do they feel smooth?
NoM.....stop now....you are turning me on ;-)
So sorry, darling.

Lol
Whenever I get mouth ulcers I rinse with salt water. Seems to work. I connect them with too much sweet stuff such as chocolate or cakes or biscuits. But if they are not strictly speaking ulcers then the salt would not work. Of course, according to my mother if you get them on your tongue it means you have been telling lies - do you think that would be the case bluestone?
True mouth ulcers hurt like blazes. They may be associated with being run-down. My mother was a martyr to mouth ulcers, and she was eventually found to have anaemia. No wonder she was run-down - she never had a single night's sleep, because my father snored like a nearby locomotive. People could hear him from the street. He could also keep a whole compartment of commuters awake on the train to London. And that takes some doing.
Poor mother.
