I know a little bit about eyeglass lenses cleaning. But it isn’t enough to clean them when they get dirty.

If your lenses are made of glass, you can drop some vinegar into the solution. If your lenses are made of plastic, use mild liquid dish soap instead of vinegar or moisturizing soap. You can scan this blog, maybe it can help you. http://www.glassestribe.com/

It works perfectly for me. You don't need to buy any special wipes/cloths or magical fluid.
What? Use warm soapy water....and dry with a clean cloth/kitchen towel.
Yeargh! The spammers are sockpuppeting !
Interesting that both the OP and provider of best answer (and a link) should have 419 in their usernames...
...hence my 'sockpuppet' insinuation.
The odd thing is that opticians never seem to explain that specs need washing. Just take them in the shower or bath with you. Job done. I've seen some awful sights from lack of speccy hygiene.
I use Windolene on mine :-)
Don't dry them with paper towel - that is made of wood.
Rinse in your washing-up water and use an soft tooth-brush around the pads, then dry with the special cloth supplied when new.
Breath on each lens & wipe 'em on your jim jams ( if you don't wear jim jams baby you gotta problem)
