Evening all. Can anyone suggest a cure for thickened toenails? I'm not sure what's caused it (whether it's a fungal nail infection) so would welcome any advice from you. Thanks :-)

I'd go to your GP and get a referral to a podiatrist - if it is fungal, there's no quick fix, it'll need medication to clear it.
Your pharmacist might be able to help.
Or you could go to a private podiatrist/chiropodist. You can find them in Yellow Pages along with information about the 'registered' ones.
As boxtops says, if it is fungal, then treatment takes a very long time. (At least 6 months).
