Sorry, but most people's bodies are not anywhere near symmetrical (unlike yourself, obviously), therefore the veins aren't either.
The main named veins are symmetrical, like the motorways and main roads........it is the unnamed, minor tributaries. like the side roads or tracks that are asymmetrical, although after saying that there are anatomical anomalies.
