moneywise or healthwise it isn't worth it. Terrible diet, you lose weight by the bucket, but when you stop it...........it all comes back

Phew thats a lot! The food cant be very healthy, did the weight stay off RH?

I thought the whole point of lighter life is that there is no food? Well, other than the soup.

I know of a number of people who have tried it and not a single one has been able to maintain the weight loss.

Hmm sounds similiar to the Slender diet I tried years ago. I hated that.
I did it recently and I was charged £72 per week but we didnt have to sign up for 3 months. I lost 2 stone in 6 weeks and left as it wasnt for me...I like my food too much and I found the soups and shakes disgusting lol.

Thanks for that vodka, I dont like the sound of LL at all so I hope I can persuade my friend to come.
Well I joined Weight Watchers and I am losing it slower but healthier. I believe Slimming World is a fab diet too. Hope you can persuade her not to do LL, it's not the best!

urge your friend to try slimming world, I can't cope with the red days, but on the green days I am never hungry, and still able to lose weight consistently week on week!....and I feel much healthier too!...
hi welsh,
can i ask what kind of meals do you have on your red and green days?
and how much have you lost so far?
looby,I hate red days, they are just lean meat and no carbs, on a green day I can have lots of vegetables, so veg curry, quorn chilli, soups with any veg, I find that I can feel full on green days and lose about 1kg most weeks...there are lots of Veggie recipes you can use!.......
Looby, sorry, forgot, to add, that I went up from a size 14 to 18 in about 9 months!..........am now after 6 months down to about a 14 -16 in 4 months!......and not finding it hard, sticking to green days mostly that is!.........
