It does seem rather soon to be experiencing side effects, what are they and are you on any other medications?
I took microgynon for many years with no side effects at all, but that doesn't mean you won't experience any.
Mamya is right, it does seem a little soon. I'd go back to your GP and tell him what you're experiencing, it may be harmless, or else they could look into changing your pill, there are many brands out there. I'm on Cerazette now and have been for years because it stops periods. I was swelling like a balloon and vomiting with pain every month. The lack of periods is bliss for me!

I feel huge and i have absolutley no desire to have s.ex at all. Which is unusual. I live in korea at the moment and you just buy it over the counter, its no a lot of use going to doctors here! My friend said i should give it at least a month before changing or stopping it... ?
I'm sorry nannon, I don't know what to suggest. There was a television programme on here in England just the other night about fake medicines coming out of Asia. I hope that nothing bad has been added to the pills which could be causing your side effects.
These side effects are perfectly normal when starting on Microgynon.

No big deal.
