Yes...of course.

Ours don't get 'proper' sex education at school anyway.

Why then do people blame the rise of single parents, as "lack" of Ed in schools? The 12-13 year know all about sex before they even go into sex Ed" In my experience it seems to be the kids from deprived areas that are the the ones that end up as single parents I wonder why that is ?
Because teenage pregnancy comes in a package with a council flat and benefits. I have heard of some mothers urging their daughters to, "Get yersel' a bairn". I kid you not.

Best offer I've had in ages. We'll have to be careful, though. You'll have to tell the Social that I'm an absentee father, preferably in prison.

What do we tell the kids?
Tell them that Daddy has had to go and live in the Big House, so he has!
Question Author
Do you think a 20+year old will believe that?
By the time he's 20 I will be dead!

Oh great, then I can claim widows allowance.
You're all heart!

Sorry dear, I'll give you a good send off; courtesy of the state, of course!
Of course sex education should be taught at home, sadly it is not always.

Bereavement allowance though helpful is not a lot, and no replacement for a partner.

I don't know anyone who received sex education from home - I certainly didn't! Auto-didactic was the order of the day when I was discovering girls...
I don't think soaps sees it quite like that. To be honest I might bottle out (reminded of post-coital habits of the female spider)
Indeed most of us found our way around clumsily but it should be taught at home
Indeed. Though the fumbling was fun... ;-)
Oh yes that was fun

Mam just joking with mike1111111 about the benefits we could get!
MR, no one I know was ever taught "real" sex-ed , it was all the about reproductive system of frogs,There was no boy/girl sex-ed in my day.
And nothing wrong with that! ;-)
