Given that we're now into Spring it could well be a type of hay fever. (The symptoms vary. You don't always get the itchy eyes and runny nose. Sometimes you get symptoms akin to those of a chest infection).

Get it checked out with your GP or simply try some antihistamines from your pharmacist.

Most likely will be- i have the WORST hayfever imaginable, and its never under controll! Docs on monday methinks :0( thanks chris xx
Try the paper bag.....scrunch top in hand & breathe in & out into the bag. It opens the lungs. For chest infections: breathe in thru nose & exhale slowly via mouth...keep hands on stomach so shoulders are relaxed.

See you GP for long-term relief.
For how long have these symptoms been a problem?
Chest feels funny.....how?.....wheezy? tight?

One of the most ridiculous comments i've read in the B&S section of AB!

Breathing into a paper bag only works when you are hyperventilating.
Could be allergy related asthma. See your doctor
