Hey All,
I need some help with this question if any of you could help it would be great :)

Here is the question:
Do you think pain medication would enhance an athlete’s performance?

I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS QUESTION!

Interesting question.

In the 60´s there was a NSAid called phenylbutazone (butazolidine) which was given to race horses as it was thought that it improved their performance.
The drug has been withdrawn both for it´s alleged performance enhancing in horses and because it may cause aplastic anaemia.

New NSAId.s have also been used in athletes...

Only if they have hurt something, to merit taking pain killers - taking them for the sake of it is highly addictive.

sqad has, he's named it - what are you thinking of, paracetamol and codeine, or ibuprofen, or what?
