Bumpy bruise!

I fell over about four weeks ago and ended up with a huge bruise on my butt cheek!

Its just about faded now, but there is a lumpy bit which is really tender to touch and if I bang it slightly, even just getting in the car, it is agony and stings like mad!!

just wondering it anyone could enlighten me, is this normal? is there anything I could put on it to ease it??

I would say it's normal. My ex fell from the rafters and landed on his bum. He had what looked like a scar for years even though he didn't break the skin. It will get better over time.

i had this when i fell down the stairs,, had it checked while at the docs for something else and was fine

I find Arnica cream excellent for use on bruises!
