Since I fell two years ago on my mouth and got some new crowns I am tortured with mouth pain. At the moment I do feel I have an infection but cant get an appointment with dentist for another two weeks. Anything I can do at the moment. I used salt water and various mouthwashes - I guess when I do see the dentist he will just give me an antibiotic.

Oil of oregano diluted in oil of olive and massaged into the gum works wonders. But it stings at first really bad, so be careful. Another good supplement is CoQ10.
