Food cravings anyone...

I’m very health conscious and thus try to eat healthy, I consider my eating habits very healthy. However, I’ve had this strange craving for pizza and have been eating it at every meal for the past two days. I’m off work until next week and I’m sacred that I’ll turn into a pizza. I know that too much fat is not good.

Do any of you go through cravings as such?

yes, only if I start having the food regularly, my body seems to want it more!! if you dont give in after a couple of days the cravings will subside then you can have it less often, the trick is not to have the same food everyday

The greed for pizza is so bad, when Ii opened my eyes at 3 am first thing came to mind was pizza.
Usually one would think they have to pee :-)
I have been eating very healthy with the correct meal times as well and like yourself, for the last week or so been having midnight and early morning cravings for that fatty, greasy kinda food (pizza, hamburgers and cheese on toast comes to mind) and seem to not be able to stop although my body tells me STOP you're full!!

I say its completely normal as we, (im assuming ur a female), have that 2 weeks notice before we go on our period and during this time, i find most of us eat much more and have terrible cravings...however try this, everytime i crave that food, i have a glass of hot lemon with honey and seem to do the trick and also it helps fat break down and fight bloatedness. hope that helps! and dont worry we all get it :)
