best gym exercises to lose weight not bulk up

any ideas? I did go to classes a while back, but seemed to end up bigger. Don\'t want to build up loads of muscle, I\'d like to trim up and tone up. Suggestions/tips welcome.

its Cardio you need babe.... get the heart and lungs going.... cycling.. running.. or even just walking on the treadmill fast up an incline...

Worked for me!

You need to get a sweat going and get your heart rate up.

Speak to someone in the gym and they will tell you according to your age what your target heart rate should be to burn fat.

Mine is about 145 bpm and I am 35.. as you get older - the fat burning bpm lowers
Agreed, my personal trainer says that running is the best form of exercise, will give you a six pack (or at least help you on your way!!!)!! Get walking everywhere or failing that cycling is good too.
