Has anyone got any good tips to stop me nibbling food all the time. I'm not fat, I would say I'm rather slim, but I eat all the time and as I'm at the end of my growth I'm scared it will start piling on soon..

....and I've got a prom soon ( aaaaaah =D ) and I only just get in my dress, so I can't afford to gain any weight.

Just change the food you nibble to things like cucumber or celery or carrot etc...
And eat better more filling meals with food which keeps you from being hungry for longer to cut down on the need for snacks.

Depends why you're snacking I guess, hunger or boredom etc...
clean your teeth and / or have a glass of water and WAIT 10 mins before deciding if you really want that buscuit / crisps etc.
why cant i listen to my own advice!
