No cos Im tiny BUT his recordings (subliminal) are supposed to be excellent so maybe in person will be even better, he is really good, Ive used his stop smoking tape

Hi, i'm a huge Paul McKenna fan. I did his weight loss system 2 years ago and lost 2 stone on it. It's not even like dieting. Try it. It also helps with your confidence and self-image.
