Oh My, does it work! Sure does. I started off taking it 3 times daily and within 1 month my aches which had been getting slowly worse had diminished greatly. I now only take first thing in the morning (a capful with some warm water) and no new aches have appeared.

I can vouch for its efficacy.

How much you should take depends on your level of arthritis. It is said that the vinegar goes into the affected joints and breaks up the crystals. There`s an Indian website talking about cider vinegar.

Thanks for that, MrsEVP - this came on suddenly a few days ago. I'm just 45 and had no sign of arthritis before but this came on suddenly a few months after stopping steroid treatment for a different inflammatory condition. I have heard of other people having similar problems after steroids but, no kidding, the joints in my hands and feet were almost completely siezed up, hot and incredibly painful. A week on with the ACV, I can at least bend my fingers and its less painful. So I was just wondering whether that was coincidence, or whether to continue with it.

I'm going to continue and see what happens!
Gt43, you continue with it and let me know in a month or so how it is. Apparently it is only the cider vinegar that works this way, according to the Indian site I visited. Something to do with the way it`s double processed. I take this one capful every day and I shan`t stop.
