Well walking is good, does the walking cause you discomfort around the stomach area?

Exercise will help with aching joints, but it's a shame you don't swim too. Do you take Glucosamine? This supplement is good for healthy joints.

Try to do at least 20 minutes of Cardio 4 times per week and it's beneficial to do some weights too, as the more lean muscle you have, the more bodyfat will be used as fuel.

Regarding the apron, unfortunately, there is little you can do to improve it, it sounds like you have some muscle damage and you have probably lost some elasticity there too.
Well she might be able to sell you a new pair off shoes
What does that mean?

Thanks no walking doesnt cause me pain, maybe my foot gets a bit stiff, but thats due to a past injury, just started taking devils claw for joints too early to tell if it helps,my job involves alot of rolling and bending so really feeling the pain in my neck spine shoulder and hips sometimes will order glucosamine online any particular strength?do some lightweight arm training,my god i used to do so much cant get back to that standard!!!
take some cod liver oil to grease up your joints from within and I would recommend this jollop to apply from the outside.

Don't usually recommend herbal jollops but this works for me. Especially the next day after a good climb or run.
Buy Glucosamine with Chondroitin, as Chondroitin helps to keep cartilage healthy (Cartilage is like cushioning for the joints).

If you are allergic to shellfish, then Glucosamine may not be right for you, as it's derived from their shells.
