I have a painful left shoulder (as if i've pulled a muscle) which runs up into my neck, it all feels stiff, but now i have also started to get shooting pains down my right arm which is opposite to the painfull shoulder and neck. Can any one suggest a diagnosis and treatment?

I'm not medically trained, but I do know that shooting pains in the arms need investigating x
Left shoulder could be a problem between 7th/8th vertebrae (look for tingling in fingers), right arm as well further suggests a neck problem. If it persists you could do worse than see a chiropractor or physiotherapist.
