Tiny lumps all over back

Hi Hope someone can help! My husband suffers from little under the skin white lumps, i expect they are blocked pores yet he always scrubs his back in the shower with a loofah so im amazed he has so many especially as he is forty. I would say maybe he had a sluggish lymphatic system possibly and his body finding it difficult to clear toxins or something. Our diet isnt great but not that bad so it cant be that! any ideas?

If you havent already done it then you need change your washing powder to non bio,
only wash in non-perfumed things, the 'simple' range or E45 is good.
Where possible always wear cotton clothes and ideally 100% cotton bed linen.
unfortunatly it will take quite a while to go.
