Hi.

I have been a type 1 diabetic for 5 years now. Just wondering if anyone knows if I am entitled to free dental treatment on the NHS?

I hold a medical exemption card which entitles me to free prescriptions etc but was not sure about dental.

Thanks.

no, you're not. my son has been type 1 for 15 years and has to pay for dental treatment. it's only free prescriptions you're entitled to.
