Sorry, more like calf fat, behind the shin. Shin was the wrong word, sorry!

Ah - ha! Don't think you can be that specific as to where fat comes off. You take in less calories and it gradually goes from all over. You can tone up particular areas with excercise, but can't think of anything else that's very helpful, sorry.

Tell her to boil it up with some stock. Shin is lovely when cooked for a while.
