i have plaque psoriasis on my scalp. recently it has appeared in my fingernail.has anyone any suggestions for possible treatment

Hello,as a fellow sufferer i really can sympathise with you,i also have it on my scalp and fingernail bed,do you use polytar shampoo?If so then you could do like i do and use a very weak solution to rub around my nails before i go to bed or just to wash my hands in.Hope this is of some help.
