My shoes Smells

I have three pairs of trainer which I rotate the wearing of them to try and stop them from smelling. Any hints on how to extinguish/precvent there stench?

Yes I do wash my feet every day....

Wear socks with them and change those daily.

A friend once told me that if you put cat litter(unused!) in a sock and put them in your trainers/shoes when you're not wearing them it gets rid of the smell! Don't know if it works or not cos I don't have smelly feet but you could give it a go!

Sprinkle the inside of the trainers with bicarbonate of soda leave overnight and tip out. The bicarb absorbs nasty niffs.

I have the same problem after exercising. What I do is to fold up and put a sheet of writing paper into each sole of the shoe. This can easily be discarded or replaced.

You can get charcoal insoles in shoe shops and also on ebay which asborb the smell

Other than that try spraying them with febreze regularly
