Hey all, I stupidly stubbed my toe this morning on my cross trainer (its about the nearest I've been to it in months-LOL) and I think I may have broken it.

Its very sore and I've been hobbling all day - should I just strap it to the ones next to it? Its my middle one. Its painful to put weight on it and hurts to brake when driving, but there doesn't seem to be any bruising yet?

I've never done this before, but I think I'm right in saying the docs can't do anything about it?

Shall I just take some painkillers and go to bed? Any advice, kindly taken...

Hi Silverdale5

Thanks for the enquiry!!

Its still painful but not as bad as it was, I can more or less walk normally now, so think its was probably just badly bruised but very painful!!

I don't think there is anything the docs/hospital can do even if it is broken, I'm sure it will be ok!!
