nothing you have lost 10 pounds of (hopefully) fat in 6 weeks - thats brilliant. You are prob just a poor judge of the changes that have taken place - many people fail to realise they have changed simply because you see it everyday and its happening slow enough for you not to register the change. Start measuring your waist every week or so - this should be enough to prove to yourself that what you are doing is working! good luck

It's probably just you that doesn't notice the difference. When I lost 2 stones a while ago I barely noticed at all yet everyone around me could. One thing I did was fill up a carrier bag to make it weigh the amount I had lost. You will be stunned to see what 10lbs looks and feels like! It will make you feel really good and want to carry on losing more. Good luck!

Different people lose weight in different places first. You probably have lost noticnle weight elsewhere. Im sure if you carry on you're belly will shrink! Also, do you drink beer or lager or eat lots of carbs? This can increase the amount of fat stored as central adipose tissue (ie around the middle!)
